Every app you ship gets an anonymous in-app feedback channel — it's just a URL you open in a WebView. Users report bugs and ideas without creating an account. You reply from a single inbox. Flat pricing that never charges per user.

// That's it. No pod, no package, no binary bloat. let url = "https://feedbackhub.app/f/?app_id=your-app&app_version=1.4.2" webView.load(URLRequest(url: URL(string: url)!))
The problem
Most users never say anything unless something breaks. And when they finally do, it lands somewhere you can't work with.
One-way, public, and anonymous in the worst way. You can't ask a follow-up question, request a screenshot, or tell someone their bug is fixed.
Enterprise tools start around $124/month and compile megabytes into your binary — one more dependency that can crash your app.
Tools that bill by "tracked users" mean your bill grows with your downloads, not your revenue. Getting popular shouldn't be a penalty.
How it works
Register your app in the dashboard and get its feedback page: /f/?app_id=your-app. Add your icon and brand banner.
One line of Swift, Kotlin, Flutter or React Native. Nothing to compile in, nothing to update, nothing that can take your app down.
Bugs and ideas from every app land in one place. Set statuses, reply with attachments — users see your answer right inside the app.
Why FeedbackHub
It's a web page. Your binary stays lean and your crash-free rate stays yours.
Running three side projects? Triage every piece of feedback from a single dashboard.
No accounts, no tracking, minimal data collection. Friendly to your App Store privacy label.
Users check the status of their report and read your replies — in your app, not a lost email thread.
Up to 3 images per report, with location metadata stripped client-side before upload.
Simplified, Traditional and English UI for your users — one query parameter.

Questions
FeedbackHub is a mobile-optimized web page you open in a WebView, sheet, or browser tab. You pass your app id and version in the URL. Nothing is compiled into your binary — there's nothing to update when we ship improvements, and nothing that can crash your app.
Each submission gets a private access token stored on the device. Users open the same page and see their reports, statuses, and your replies. No sign-up, no password, no email required.
Anonymous by default: we don't collect ad identifiers, location, or contact details unless a user chooses to leave them. Screenshot EXIF data is stripped client-side. You can export or delete your data at any time.
No — FeedbackHub already runs in production powering feedback for our own apps. We're opening it up because we kept wishing something like it existed when we were paying for the alternatives. Waitlist members get invited to the private beta in order.
